Queens, NY native Action Bronson has been putting out some nice tracks lately. Check out my writeup on “Beautiful Music” at pinboardblog.com. In this video via karmaloop.com we get to know Bronson better on location at Church in Boston, MA. He talks about quitting rapping for cooking (I guess that’s sort of the Flavor Flav route), what he would cook for Hannibal Lecter and more.

Hard to know where to start with any revolution, let alone a Food Revolution, but this one may be easier than most… and it can be a bloodless revolution! Can’t beat that with a baseball bat.
Food Crusader Chef Jamie Oliver has asked that we sign his petition to get better food in out schools. Now he wants us to get the revolution started in our homes, schools and our local communities.

How would you describe your dietary choices?
I would categorize as my diet as “pretty close to vegetarian” since I don’t eat any red meat.
What shaped this diet?
Being more health conscious and personal preferences shaped my diet. I stopped eating red meat after in ’05 two years after I moved out on my own. I think once you live on your own the process of finding yourself continues and diet/food choices are no different. Continue reading
