This investigation aired last night on PBS and it gives much needed insight into the managerial culture at oil giant BP. Sure, we know there was greed, but their cost cutting is documented here in such detail you could go from cynical to shocked. You can’t say never again if you don’t really know what happened the first time. Oh and of course, our president is mentioned here…as he should be.
