He zones in there by himself and comes up with his bars…He did the hook on ‘Rusty Boxcutters’ too.

I think the album’s pretty but real Hip Hop grit isn’t sacrificed. Having [Skyzoo] on it gave credibility to my true intention for this album. He went in the booth, did 2 takes and then was like ‘Yo, I gotta be out’ and was out haha.” ~Manhattan

Shot in the middle of New York City, this Manhattan-Skyzoo collabo takes a stab at those who choose to use disrespectful views on New York Hip Hop.

The director is Kareem Blair, Manhattan’s partner in street & sport clothing company Lemar & Dauley. The crisp, beautiful images show the artistic talent and consistency their team has at translating the cultural currency we all deal in into visuals.
