An interview with Ken Feinberg, the man in charge of the $20 billion fund for the victims for the BP oil spill and how it will work on the Charlie Rose show. Some call him the Oil Claims Czar, but Feinberg came from being a high-profile Washington lawyer to head of two large victim- compensation funds — Sept. 11 and Virginia Tech. The Sept. 11 fund distributed nearly $7 billion to more than 5,000 victims and families of victims of 9/11. So how does one decide who should get how much money out of the $20 billion?

In this video Feinberg also explains why money could never be enough to compensate some of those who lost everything in BP’s oil gusher in the Gulf and how he has to come up with a dollar amount for them anyway.
