Oh goodie, controversial director Michael Moore is back with another highly watchable documentary. I’m sure there are people who hate documentaries but his are pretty entertaining. I’ve been checking out his work since Roger & Me, his first film in 1989, a documentary about when General Motors closed down its factories in Flint, Michigan and outsourced manufacturing to low paid Mexican workers.
Hopefully Moore gets the definition of capitalism and maybe this economic crisis can be laid out for more of us to understand.
Michael Moore’s next film explores the root causes of the global economic meltdown and takes a comical look at the corporate and political shenanigans that culminated in what Moore has described as the biggest robbery in the history of this country the massive transfer of U.S. taxpayer money to private financial institutions. ~ Overture Films
